Leveraging Filter Datasets

In this class participants will gain insight into how to use data from existing classes as datasets for multiple applications. Filter Datasets offer a wide variety of usage options, such as Auto-Complete Functions and Dynamic Cascading Sets. Having a well thought out process for the utilization of your Workview Application Data is key for Data Integrity and improved efficiency when developing new applications.

Client-Side JavaScript Solutions

WorkView supports a variety of Client-Side JavaScript hooks. This tool can be especially useful in validating user input while making the interface easier to use. Common solutions include data validation and business rules enforcement. In this course participants will learn general best practices surrounding script usage, how to implement JavaScript in WorkView Solutions, and explore commonly needed scripts.

Expanding Document Centric Processes with MIKG’s and WorkView

WorkView provides ample features to expand the use of Document Centric Multi-Instance Keyword Type Sets. These WorkView features can provide a solid foundation for Line-Item Approval Processes. In this course, participants will learn how to associate Documents with WorkView Class Objects for more efficient Workflow processes.
